PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITIES

PLC's are usually a group of teachers working collaboratively to examine and discuss pedagogy, best practices and data in order to make better instructional decisions and to become better instructors.

  1. Professional Learning Communities are very important for teachers professional development. It is collaborative in nature and allow teachers to feel a person sense of personal accomplishment helping to solve problems at their school. They are also important for the teachers' pedagogical development and should be integrated in all schools.
